How do we make it?
At Condominio, everything begins in the vineyard. We carefully select the grapes at their optimal ripeness to preserve their full expression and character. After harvest, the winemaking process combines respect for tradition with vinification techniques that allow us to extract the full range of aromas and nuances.
Depending on each wine, the process continues with different aging periods in oak barrels and in bottle, always seeking the perfect balance between fruit, freshness, and complexity. The result is a range of authentic, expressive, and easy-to-enjoy wines that reflect the origin of the grapes and our passion for doing things right from day one.
